Our Wooden Incense Holders are imported from India, where they are crafted in the city of Saharanpur in Northern India — a region with a proud artisan history of producing beautiful woodware.
The area still faces significant infrastructure challenges, with intermittent electricity and poor transport and roads. As a result, supplies can be particularly erratic. We are proud to support this traditional industry by importing several containers of woodware each year, with the incense holder being a long-standing favourite in so many forms.
