• Packeta – delivery to a pickup point or Z-BOX parcel locker, subject to availability.

• Courier Delivery – convenient delivery directly to your address.

Czech Republic

Available delivery options can be selected during checkout.

Please note: We do not offer in-store or personal order collection. Delivery via Slovak Post is not available.

We prepare orders for dispatch once payment has been successfully received. Dispatch times depend on current product availability and order processing.

Items Available from Our Suppliers

Products that are not currently in stock and need to be ordered from our suppliers may require additional processing time before dispatch.

If your order contains items with different availability times, we will inform you of the estimated dispatch date when necessary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information, where provided by the carrier.
