Payment methods
You can pay for your order in several ways. Victoriana.eu offers a wide range of payment methods to suit everyone.

Bank transfer – after placing your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. In short, you need to make a bank transfer to our account.

- The variable symbol should be the order number you received in the email and, of course, the amount for the purchased goods.

Cash on delivery – you pay for the goods directly when you pick up the shipment at the post office or from the courier. A simple way to avoid any mistakes.
Card payment – don't want to take out cash and wait for the transfer to your account? Use card payment via the certified GP WebPay payment gateway. We accept Maestro and VISA cards. This service is completely free of charge. - Cash at the store – if you choose to have your order delivered to our pickup location, we will be happy to see you there. You can pay for your goods in cash, right in our store.
Delivery method and delivery time
We value our customers and goods in stock, paid for by credit card or cash on delivery and ordered before 9:30 a.m., are shipped the very next day. Goods that are in stock with external suppliers are shipped within 3-7 business days. If the delivery time for an item is 15 business days, the goods are usually on their way to us. In this case, the delivery time may be extended depending on our foreign suppliers. If we do not have the goods in stock and they are not available from our suppliers, they are marked as unavailable. Feel free to email us via the Ask About Product button and we will be happy to check availability for you.
Would you like to have the goods delivered to your home, post office, or company? We offer a wide range of shipping methods to Slovakia or the Czech Republic.
Slovakia
- Parcel to the post office – the shipment is sent by Slovak Post to the post office address in your city specified in the order.
- Parcel to a zásielkovňa.sk branch – a simple and fast shipping method provided by zásielkovňa. Choose from various pickup locations closest to you.
- Courier – express delivery by courier to your home. On the day of delivery, you will receive an informational text message, or the courier will contact you on the day of delivery.

Is personal pickup possible?
Of course! We have finally taken this a step further and opened a pickup point for online orders at Vajnorská 135, Bratislava, where we will be happy to hand over your orders (after confirming their readiness) on working days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Where is my order?
Based on your phone call or email, we will send you the location and status of your order. Don't hesitate to call us and ask. We don't bite.
I want an item that you don't have in stock.
Just fill out the form after clicking on the Ask about product button and send it to us. We will check the availability of the goods as soon as possible and let you know when we might have it back in stock.
